Terms of Service & SMS Communication Policy

1. Service Description

Monadic Marketing ("we", "us", or "our") provides communication tools for businesses, including an automated missed call text-back service. When a call to a participating business goes unanswered, an automated SMS message may be sent to the caller to acknowledge the missed call and provide an opportunity to continue the conversation.

2. SMS Communications & Consent

By calling or otherwise contacting a business that uses our services, you consent to receive SMS messages related to your inquiry. These messages may include automated responses such as missed call follow-ups, appointment-related communication, or customer support messages.

Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase.

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies depending on your interaction with the business. In most cases, you will receive a single SMS message in response to an unanswered call, unless further communication is initiated by you.

4. Message & Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and service plan. Monadic Marketing is not responsible for any charges incurred from receiving SMS messages.

5. Opt-Out Instructions

You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive. After opting out, you will no longer receive SMS messages from that business through our system unless you initiate contact again.

6. No Unsolicited Marketing

We do not send unsolicited marketing messages. All SMS communications are sent in direct response to a user's interaction with a business (such as an inbound phone call or inquiry). We do not sell, rent, or share phone numbers with third parties for marketing purposes.

We use phone numbers and communication data solely to facilitate message delivery and improve service functionality. Information is handled in accordance with applicable privacy standards and is not used for unrelated marketing purposes.

8. Limitation of Liability

This service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Monadic Marketing is not responsible for delays in message delivery, carrier filtering, or any damages resulting from the use of or inability to use this service.

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of or interaction with this service constitutes acceptance of the current version.
