What to do about it
Start with the GBP. It's the highest-leverage input for both traditional local SEO and GEO. Make sure every service you offer is listed with a detailed description, your primary category is correct, your Q&A section is seeded with real questions and authoritative answers, and your photo library is recent.
Then build service pages. If you have a single homepage and nothing else, you have almost no content for AI systems to pull from when generating answers about your specific services. Each primary service deserves its own page with real information: what the service includes, who it's for, what the process looks like, and what the outcome is.
Review velocity matters more than review count once you're above 50 total. Reviews from this month carry more weight than reviews from three years ago. Build a system that consistently generates new reviews rather than relying on your total.
